I got annoyed with how little there was to choose from. I was just trying to find some basic stuff, and even that felt like a hassle. I didn’t expect to spend that much time looking around and still leave disappointed.

It looks like the real thing to me, and everything seems to check out. I’m happy enough with it, not making a whole big deal about it or anything

I was browsing the site hoping to grab a few things I had my eye on, but some of them were out of stock when I checked. I did manage to find a couple items that were still available, so it wasn’t a total loss. The site itself was easy to use, but I just wish they’d restock things a bit faster.

I had to send back a shirt and the return steps were easy to follow. Nothing confusing, really. The only annoying part was the refund taking longer than I thought it would, and support didn’t get back to me until like 2 days later. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, just slow. Anyway.

I did save a little here and there, so I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but it’s not one of those sites where I expect a great deal every time. More like average, with the occasional useful promo.

The tracking for my order didn’t update for what felt like several days, maybe close to a week. I reached out to support, but they just sent what seemed like the same copy-and-paste response. I still have no real idea where my package is.

Works fine, but the box was dented and the item had a few small scuffs. Not a huge deal, just expected it to arrive in better shape.

I did end up finding what I needed, but the site was a little Frustrating. Pages loaded slow for me, and the filters kept resetting which got annoying Fast. Checkout on my phone was also kinda confusing, so the whole thing took longer than I expected...

i mean, the delivery was just really slow. I ended up waiting almost three weeks, and there weren’t any helpful updates along the way.

But after that, there were no clear updates. I kept checking because it felt like the order was just sitting there, and I had no idea if it was actually being processed or not. For an online order, you’d expect at least a basic status update so customers aren’t left guessing.
Customer service didn’t really help much either, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. It should be simple: confirm the order, keep the customer updated, and ship it. Based on this experience, I probably won’t order again.
